Frequently asked questions
Is the basic listing free?
Yes. Approved restaurants can stay on LaneLoop with a free listing on the map and list. Pro is optional.
What if my restaurant is not listed yet?
Add it free through Add a Restaurant. Once the listing is approved and live, you can upgrade it to Pro from your restaurant page.
When does Pro activate?
After payment, Pro setup, ownership verification, and LaneLoop review. Payment alone does not activate Pro.
Can I cancel?
Yes. You can cancel anytime from Stripe while your subscription is active.
What happens if I cancel?
Pro benefits are removed. Nearby competitor promos may appear again on your page, and your listing returns to the standard free experience. Your restaurant data and approved clips are not deleted.
