Terms of Service
Last updated: September 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of LaneLoop. By using LaneLoop, you agree to these Terms.
Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using LaneLoop, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Description of LaneLoop
LaneLoop provides restaurant and place discovery tools, including maps, lists, place detail pages, creator-linked clips, Saved functionality, and submission flows. Features may change over time.
Eligibility and appropriate use
You may use LaneLoop only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service, other users, restaurants, or third parties. You are responsible for how you use information discovered through LaneLoop.
User accounts
Some features may require a consumer account. Where available, LaneLoop may allow sign-in with Google. You are responsible for maintaining control of the account credentials or sign-in methods you use and for activity that occurs through your account, except where caused by LaneLoop’s fault.
User submissions
If you submit restaurants, clips, or other content, you represent that your submission is lawful and accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the rights needed to provide it.
LaneLoop may review, reject, remove, delay, edit visibility of, or decline to publish submissions at its discretion, including for moderation, quality, legal, or operational reasons.
Saved and discovery features
Saved places, map views, lists, and place pages may change, move, break, or become unavailable. LaneLoop does not guarantee that any restaurant, clip, pin, or Saved item will remain available indefinitely.
No guarantee of restaurant information accuracy
Restaurant information on LaneLoop may come from submissions, public sources, linked creator content, or restaurant-provided updates. Hours, menus, locations, pricing, availability, videos, and other details may be incomplete or out of date.
You should verify important information directly with the venue before visiting, ordering, or making plans.
Pro and restaurant-owner services
LaneLoop Pro and other restaurant-owner services are separate from normal consumer accounts. Paid or commercial restaurant services may have additional order details, billing terms, or review requirements presented at the time of purchase or setup.
Payments
Payments for Pro or related restaurant services may be processed by Stripe or another payment processor. LaneLoop does not store full payment card details. Billing, renewal, and cancellation terms for paid services are presented during checkout or setup where applicable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse LaneLoop. Without limitation, you may not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, scrape or harvest data in a way that damages the service, submit malicious or fraudulent content, spam submissions, impersonate others, or use LaneLoop for unlawful activity.
Intellectual property
LaneLoop and its branding, design, software, and curated presentation are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Third-party clips, trademarks, and restaurant names belong to their respective owners.
You retain rights in content you submit, but you grant LaneLoop the rights reasonably needed to operate, display, review, and improve the service in connection with that content.
Third-party links and platforms
LaneLoop may link to third-party sites, maps, payment pages, or creator platforms such as YouTube, TikTok, or Instagram. LaneLoop does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices.
Service availability
LaneLoop may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Disclaimer
LaneLoop is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. LaneLoop disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are not permitted.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, LaneLoop and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, or business interruption arising from your use of the service.
Where liability cannot be excluded, LaneLoop’s total liability for any claim relating to the service will be limited to the greater of the amount you paid LaneLoop for the specific paid service giving rise to the claim during the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred U.S. dollars.
Termination and suspension
LaneLoop may suspend or terminate access to the service, remove content, or disable accounts if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated or if necessary to protect the service, users, or third parties.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of LaneLoop after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms where permitted by law.
Governing law
These Terms are intended to be interpreted in a jurisdiction-neutral manner unless LaneLoop publishes a specific governing law for your region. If you need a governing law or venue for your use of LaneLoop, contact us so we can clarify applicable terms for legal review.
